Privatlivspolitik

Tegn Sammen er en platform skabt af Institut for Tegning, der forbinder personer over 18 år som ønsker at tegne med andre i uformelle sessioner i hele Danmark. Vi tager beskyttelsen af dine personoplysninger alvorligt og overholder EU's databeskyttelsesforordning (GDPR).

1. Dataansvarlig

Institut for Tegning er dataansvarlig for de oplysninger, der behandles i forbindelse med Tegn Sammen.

2. Hvilke oplysninger indsamler vi?

Når du opretter en konto på Tegn Sammen, indsamler vi følgende oplysninger:

  • Navn (som du selv angiver)
  • E-mailadresse
  • Profilbillede (valgfrit)
  • De tegnesessioner du opretter eller tilmelder dig
  • Beskeder sendt i sessionernes chat

Hvis du logger ind med Google, modtager vi dit navn, din e-mailadresse og dit profilbillede fra Google.

3. Formål med behandlingen

Vi behandler dine oplysninger for at:

  • Oprette og administrere din brugerkonto
  • Vise dit navn og profilbillede for andre deltagere i tegnesessioner
  • Sende bekræftelses- og notifikationsemails
  • Forbedre platformen baseret på brug

4. Retsgrundlag

Behandlingen sker på baggrund af dit samtykke, som du afgiver ved oprettelse af konto (GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra a). Du kan til enhver tid trække dit samtykke tilbage ved at slette din konto.

5. Opbevaring af data

Dine oplysninger opbevares på Supabase's servere i Europa (West Europe). Supabase er en GDPR-kompatibel tjeneste. Vi opbevarer dine oplysninger så længe din konto er aktiv. Sletter du din konto, slettes dine personoplysninger inden for 30 dage.

6. Deling af oplysninger

Vi deler ikke dine personoplysninger med tredjeparter til markedsføring. Dine oplysninger deles udelukkende med:

  • Supabase – databaseudbyder og autentificering
  • Google – hvis du vælger at logge ind med Google

7. Dine rettigheder

Du har ret til at:

  • Få indsigt i de oplysninger vi har om dig
  • Få oplysninger rettet eller slettet
  • Trække dit samtykke tilbage
  • Klage til Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk)

8. Cookies

Tegn Sammen bruger udelukkende teknisk nødvendige cookies til at opretholde din login-session. Vi bruger ikke cookies til sporing eller markedsføring.

Tegn Sammen is a platform created by Institut for Tegning that connects people over 18 who want to draw together in informal sessions across Denmark. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

Institut for Tegning is the data controller for all personal data processed in connection with Tegn Sammen.

2. What data do we collect?

When you create an account on Tegn Sammen, we collect the following information:

  • Name (as provided by you)
  • Email address
  • Profile photo (optional)
  • Drawing sessions you create or join
  • Messages sent in session chats

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data in order to:

  • Create and manage your user account
  • Display your name and profile photo to other participants in drawing sessions
  • Send confirmation and notification emails
  • Improve the platform based on usage

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when creating an account (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored on Supabase servers in Europe (West Europe). Supabase is a GDPR-compliant service. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Sharing of data

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with:

  • Supabase – database provider and authentication
  • Google – if you choose to sign in with Google

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Have your data corrected or deleted
  • Withdraw your consent
  • Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk)

8. Cookies

Tegn Sammen only uses technically necessary cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use cookies for tracking or marketing purposes.
